أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو سَهْلٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ - سَمِعَهُ مِنْ سُفْيَانَ - ذَكَرَهُ عَنِ ابْنِ خُثَيْمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ ( قَالَ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ: وَثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ جَمِيعًا، قَالَا: ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ خُثَيْمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ )، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ، قَالَ:
لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ وَلِيٍّ مُرْشِدٍ أَوْ سُلْطَانٍ
