أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بَكْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَمْدَانَ الصَّيْرَفِيُّ بِمَرْوَ، ثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ الْبُوزَنَجِرْدِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ - ؓ:

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً تُوُفِّيَ زَوْجُهَا وَلَهَا مِنْهُ وَلَدٌ، فَخَطَبَهَا عَمُّ وَلَدِهَا إِلَى وَالِدِهَا، فَقَالَ لَهُ: زَوِّجْنِيهَا، فَأَبَى، فَزَوَّجَهَا غَيْرَهُ بِغَيْرِ رِضًا مِنْهَا، فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: أَزَوَّجْتَهَا غَيْرَ عَمِّ وَلَدِهَا، قَالَ: نَعَمْ، زَوَّجْتُهَا مَنْ هُوَ خَيْرٌ لَهَا مِنْ عَمِّ وَلَدِهَا، فَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَزَوَّجَهَا عَمَّ وَلَدِهَا
