وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ أَبِي عَاصِمٍ، ثَنَا دُحَيْمٌ، ثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْكَحَ ابْنَةً لَهُ ثَيِّبًا - كَانَتْ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ، فَكَرِهَتْ ذَلِكَ، فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا
