وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ، ثَنَا ( أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَكِيمٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ جُوَيْبِرٍ، عَنِ ) الضَّحَّاكِ، عَنِ النَّزَّالِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ ( قَالَ:
لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ وَلِيٍّ، فَمَنْ نَكَحَ أَوْ أُنْكِحَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ وَلِيٍّ فَنِكَاحُهُ بَاطِلٌ
