وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ فِي كِتَابِ الْمُسْتَدْرَكِ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الضُّبَعِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَهْلِ بْنِ عَسْكَرٍ، ثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ
