( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ السُّلَمِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، قَالَ: ذَكَرَ سُفْيَانُ عَنْ بَهْزِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ؓ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَرَأَيْتَ عَوْرَاتِنَا، مَا نَأْتِي مِنْهَا وَمَا نَذَرُ ؟ قَالَ: احْفَظْ عَوْرَتَكَ إِلَّا مِنْ زَوْجَتِكَ، أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ يَمِينُكَ، قَالَ: أَفَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ كُنَّا بَعْضُنَا فِي بَعْضٍ، قَالَ: إِنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ أَنْ لَا يَرَاهَا أَحَدٌ، فَلَا يَرَيَنَّهَا، قُلْتُ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُنَا خَالِيًا، قَالَ: فَاللهُ أَحَقُّ أَنْ يُسْتَحْيَا مِنَ النَّاسِ
