أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، أَنْبَأَ يُونُسُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ:
لَمَّا أُمِرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِتَخْيِيرِ أَزْوَاجِهِ بَدَأَ بِي، فَقَالَ: يَا عَائِشَةُ، إِنِّي مُخْبِرُكِ خَبَرًا، فَلَا عَلَيْكِ أَنْ لَا تَعْجَلِي حَتَّى تَسْتَأْمِرِي أَبَوَيْكِ، قَالَتْ: وَقَدْ عَلِمَ أَنَّ أَبَوَيَّ لَمْ يَكُونَا يَأْمُرَانِي بِفِرَاقِهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُلْ لأَزْوَاجِكَ إِنْ كُنْتُنَّ تُرِدْنَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا وَزِينَتَهَا فَتَعَالَيْنَ أُمَتِّعْكُنَّ وَأُسَرِّحْكُنَّ سَرَاحًا جَمِيلا وَإِنْ كُنْتُنَّ تُرِدْنَ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَالدَّارَ الآخِرَةَ فَإِنَّ اللهَ أَعَدَّ لِلْمُحْسِنَاتِ مِنْكُنَّ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا، فَقُلْتُ: فِي هَذَا أَسْتَأْمِرُ أَبَوَيَّ ؟ فَإِنِّي أُرِيدُ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَالدَّارَ الْآخِرَةَ، ثُمَّ فَعَلَ أَزْوَاجُهُ مِثْلَ مَا فَعَلْتُ
