( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَبُو قِلَابَةَ، ثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ:

اسْتُعْمِلَ أَرْقَمُ الزُّهْرِيُّ عَلَى الصَّدَقَاتِ، فَاسْتَتْبَعَ أَبَا رَافِعٍ، فَأَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَسَأَلَهُ، فَقَالَ: يَا أَبَا رَافِعٍ، إِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ حَرَامٌ عَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَإِنَّ مَوْلَى الْقَوْمِ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ
