( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعْدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ هُذَيْلٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُخَرِّمِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، قَالَ: قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: أَلَا تَعْجَبُونَ مِنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ؛ هَذَا الْمَجْنُونُ أَتَانِي هُوَ وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، فَكَلَّمَانِي أَنْ أَكُفَّ عَنْ ذِكْرِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ ! أَنَا أَكُفُّ عَنْ ذِكْرِهِ ؟ ! لَا وَاللهِ، لَا أَكُفُّ عَنْ ذِكْرِهِ، أَنَا وَاللهِ

سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ عَنِ الصَّدَقَةِ تُجْعَلُ فِي صِنْفٍ وَاحِدٍ مِمَّا سَمَّى اللهُ، فَقَالَ: لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ، قُلْتُ: مِمَّنْ سَمِعْتَ ؟ قَالَ: كَانَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ يَقُولُهُ
