( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) الشَّرِيفُ أَبُو الْفَتْحِ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الْبَغَوِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ:

قُلْتُ لِإِبْرَاهِيمَ: أَضَعُ زَكَاةَ مَالِي فِي صِنْفٍ مِنَ الْأَصْنَافِ الَّذِينَ ذَكَرَ اللهُ فِي كِتَابِهِ: إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
