أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ دَرَسْتَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي بَكْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ، ثَنَا غَسَّانُ بْنُ مُضَرَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:

لَمَّا وَلِيَ عُمَرُ ؓ الْخِلَافَةَ فَرَضَ الْفَرَائِضَ، وَدَوَّنَ الدَّوَاوِينَ، وَعَرَّفَ الْعُرَفَاءَ، وَعَرَّفَنِي عَلَى أَصْحَابِي
