( قَالَ: وَثَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ - أَوْ قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي شُعَيْبٍ - عَنْ أُمِّ الْعَلَاءِ
أَنَّ أَبَاهَا انْطَلَقَ بِهَا إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ؓ فَفَرَضَ لَهَا فِي الْعَطَاءِ وَهِيَ صَغِيرَةٌ، وَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ: مَا الصَّبِيُّ الَّذِي أَكَلَ الطَّعَامَ وَعَضَّ عَلَى الْكِسْرَةِ بِأَحَقَّ بِهَذَا الْعَطَاءِ مِنَ الْمَوْلُودِ الَّذِي يَمُصُّ الثَّدْيَ
