( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ مَرْزُوقٍ قَالَ: قَالَ زَيْدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ:
أَمَّا أَنَا فَلَوْ كُنْتُ مَكَانَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ؓ لَحَكَمْتُ بِمِثْلِ مَا حَكَمَ بِهِ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ؓ فِي فَدَكَ
