( أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ ابْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ثَنَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ:

جَاءَتْ فَاطِمَةُ إِلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ ؓ تَطْلُبُ مِيرَاثَهَا، فَقَالَا: سَمِعْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: لَا نُورَثُ، مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ
