( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ، فَإِنَّهُ يُغَيِّرُ وَصِيَّتَهُ مَا شَاءَ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: الْعَتَاقَةُ قَالَ: الْعَتَاقَةُ وَغَيْرُ الْعَتَاقَةِ
