( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ:
لِيَكْتُبِ الرَّجُلُ فِي وَصِيَّتِهِ: إِنْ حَدَثَ بِي حَدَثُ مَوْتِي قَبْلَ أَنْ أُغَيِّرَ وَصِيَّتِي هَذِهِ
