أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي رِجَالٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْهُمْ: عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ وَمَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ وَيُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ وَأُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ أَنَّ نَافِعًا حَدَّثَهُمْ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَهُ شَيْءٌ يُوصِي فِيهِ، يَبِيتُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ إِلَّا وَوَصِيَّتُهُ مَكْتُوبَةٌ عِنْدَهُ
