أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الشَّعْرَانِيُّ، ثَنَا جَدِّي، ثَنَا سُنَيْدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَهْضَمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بَدْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:

نَسَخَتْهَا آيَةُ الْمِيرَاثِ يَعْنِي الْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالأَقْرَبِينَ
