أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، ثَنَا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
جَاءَ قَوْمٌ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ؓ فَاخْتَصَمُوا فِي وَلَدِ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ، فَجَاءَ وَلَدُ أَبِيهِ يَطْلُبُونَ مِيرَاثَهُ، قَالَ: فَجَعَلَ مِيرَاثَهُ لِأُمِّهِ، وَجَعَلَهَا عَصَبَةً
