أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

اقْسِمُوا الْمَالَ بَيْنَ أَهْلِ الْفَرَائِضِ عَلَى كِتَابِ اللهِ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - فَمَا بَقِيَ، فَلِأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ
