حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَحْمَرِيُّ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا تُوُفِّيَ مِنْ خُزَاعَةَ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِمِيرَاثِهِ، فَقَالَ: انْظُرُوا هَلْ مِنْ وَارِثٍ، فَالْتَمَسُوهُ فَلَمْ يَجِدُوا لَهُ وَارِثًا، فَأُخْبِرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: ادْفَعُوهُ إِلَى أَكْبَرِ خُزَاعَةَ
