( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدِ بْنِ وَرْدَانَ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ
أَنَّ مَوْلًى لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ تُوُفِّيَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: هَاهُنَا أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ قَرْيَتِهِ ؟ فَقَالُوا: نَعَمْ، فَأَعْطَاهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِيرَاثَهُ
