أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ وَعَارِمٌ قَالَا: ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَوْسَجَةَ - مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا مَاتَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَلَمْ يَدَعْ وَارِثًا، إِلَّا مَوْلًى لَهُ هُوَ أَعْتَقَهُ، فَأَعْطَاهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِيرَاثَهُ
