أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ:

أُتِيَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ بِابْنَيْ عَمٍّ: أَحَدُهُمَا أَخٌ لِأُمٍّ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: إِنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ كَانَ يُعْطِي الْأَخَ لِلْأُمِّ الْمَالَ كُلَّهُ، قَالَ: يَرْحَمُهُ اللهُ إِنْ كَانَ لَفَقِيهًا، وَلَوْ كُنْتُ أَنَا لَأَعْطَيْتُ الْأَخَ مِنَ الْأُمِّ السُّدُسَ، ثُمَّ لَقَسَمْتُ مَا بَقِيَ بَيْنَهُمَا
