( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ:
إِنَّ مِنْ قَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَضَى لِلْجَدَّتَيْنِ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ بَيْنَهُمَا السُّدُسَ سَوَاءً
