أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ - يَعْنِي: ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ الْكَلَالَةِ ؟ قَالَ: هُوَ مَا عَدَا الْوَالِدَ وَالْوَلَدَ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: فَإِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَقُولُ: إِنِ امْرُؤٌ هَلَكَ لَيْسَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ، قَالَ: فَغَضِبَ وَانْتَهَرَنِي
