أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، ثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُدَيْرٍ، عَنِ السُّمَيْطِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ؛ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَالَ:

أَتَى عَلَيَّ زَمَانٌ مَا أَدْرِي مَا الْكَلَالَةُ ؟ وَإِذَا الْكَلَالَةُ: مَنْ لَا أَبَ لَهُ وَلَا وَلَدَ
