أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا حَامِدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، ثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، ثَنَا شَبَابَةُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ، عَنْ مَعْدَانَ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ الْيَعْمَرِيِّ، قَالَ: خَطَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ، قَالَ فِيهِ:

مَا أَغْلَظَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ - أَوْ: مَا نَازَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فِي شَيْءٍ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ آيَةِ الْكَلَالَةِ، حَتَّى ضَرَبَ صَدْرِي وَقَالَ: يَكْفِيكَ مِنْهَا آيَةُ الصَّيْفِ ". الَّتِي أُنْزِلَتْ فِي آخِرِ سُورَةِ النِّسَاءِ: يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلِ اللهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِي الْكَلالَةِ إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ. وَسَأَقْضِي فِيهَا بِقَضَاءٍ يَعْلَمُهُ مَنْ يَقْرَأُ وَمَنْ لَا يَقْرَأُ، وَهُوَ مَا خَلَا الْأَبَ، كَذَا أَحْسَبُ
