( وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ) قَالَ:
أَمَرَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ لَيَالِيَ طَاعُونِ عَمْوَاسَ، قَالَ: كَانَتِ الْقَبِيلَةُ تَمُوتُ بِأَسْرِهَا، فَيَرِثُهُمْ قَوْمٌ آخَرُونَ، قَالَ: فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُوَرِّثَ الْأَحْيَاءَ مِنَ الْأَمْوَاتِ، وَلَا أُوَرِّثَ الْأَمْوَاتَ بَعْضَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ
