أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَمْدَوَيْهِ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ عُمَرُ:
لَا يَرِثُ الْقَاتِلُ خَطَأً وَلَا عَمْدًا
