أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ فِي الْمَرَاسِيلِ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ يُونُسَ الطَّرَسُوسِيِّ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي مَتْنِهِ:
" لَا يَرِثُ قَاتِلُ عَمْدٍ، وَلَا خَطَأٍ شَيْئًا مِنَ الدِّيَةِ
