. ( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ؛ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" لَا يَرِثُ قَاتِلٌ مِنْ دِيَةِ مَنْ قَتَلَ
