وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا تَمْتَامٌ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمُتَعَالِي بْنُ طَالِبٍ، قَالَ: ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، ثَنَا الْخَلِيلُ بْنُ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ، وَلَا الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ، وَلَا يَتَوَارَثُونَ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ
