أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ:

الْخَالَةُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْأُمِّ، وَالْعَمَّةُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْأَبِ، وَابْنَةُ الْأَخِ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْأَخِ، وَكُلُّ ذِي رَحِمٍ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الرَّحِمِ الَّتِي تَلِيهِ، إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ وَارِثٌ ذُو قَرَابَةٍ
