أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ( ح )، وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُونُسَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ

كَانَ يُعْطِي عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ الْعَطَاءَ، فَيَقُولُ لَهُ عُمَرُ: أَعْطِهِ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَفْقَرَ إِلَيْهِ مِنِّي، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ: خُذْهُ فَتَمَوَّلْهُ أَوْ تَصَدَّقْ بِهِ، وَمَا أَتَاكَ مِنْ هَذَا الْمَالِ وَأَنْتَ غَيْرُ مُشْرِفٍ وَلَا سَائِلٍ فَخُذْهُ، وَمَا لَا فَلَا تُتْبِعْهُ نَفْسَكَ "، قَالَ سَالِمٌ: فَمِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ لَا يَسْأَلُ النَّاسَ شَيْئًا وَلَا يَرُدُّ شَيْئًا أُعْطِيَهُ
