أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ؛ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مَالِكَ بْنَ أَنَسٍ، يَقُولُ: حَدَّثَنِي دَاوُدُ بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ، أَنَّ أَبَا غَطَفَانَ بْنَ طَرِيفٍ الْمُرِّيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ - ؓ:

مَنْ وَهَبَ هِبَةً لِصِلَةِ رَحِمٍ، أَوْ عَلَى وَجْهِ صَدَقَةٍ، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَرْجِعُ فِيهَا، وَمَنْ وَهَبَ هِبَةً يَرَى أَنَّهُ إِنَّمَا أَرَادَ بِهَا الثَّوَابَ، فَهُوَ عَلَى هِبَتِهِ يَرْجِعُ فِيهَا إِنْ لَمْ يُرْضَ مِنْهَا
