( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ، بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ السَّمَّاكِ، ثَنَا أَبُو قِلَابَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ سَنَةَ سِتَّ عَشْرَةَ وَمِائَتَيْنِ، وَقُلْتُ لَهُ: كَمْ سِنُّكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ ؟ قَالَ: أَرْبَعٌ وَخَمْسُونَ أَوْ خَمْسٌ وَخَمْسُونَ. قَالَ: ثَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ مِقْسَمٍ - يَعْنِي عُبَيْدَ اللهِ - عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ:

سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ مَاءِ الْبَحْرِ فَقَالَ: هُوَ الطَّهُورُ مَاؤُهُ الْحِلُّ مَيْتَتُهُ
