( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي نَصْرٍ الدَّارَبُرْدِيُّ بِمَرْوَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ، ثَنَا عَبْدَانُ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو حَيَّانَ التَّيْمِيُّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، قَالَ:
سَأَلَتْ أُمِّي أَبِي بَعْضَ الْمَوْهِبَةِ لِي مِنْ مَالِهِ، فَالْتَوَى بِهَا سَنَةً، ثُمَّ بَدَا لَهُ، فَوَهَبَهَا لِي، وَإِنَّهَا قَالَتْ: لَا أَرْضَى حَتَّى تُشْهِدَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى مَا وَهَبْتَ لِابْنِي، فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِي - وَأَنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ غُلَامٌ - فَأَتَى بِي النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ أُمَّ هَذَا - ابْنَةَ رَوَاحَةَ - قَاتَلَتْنِي مُنْذُ سَنَةٍ عَلَى بَعْضِ الْمَوْهِبَةِ لِابْنِي هَذَا، وَقَدْ بَدَا لِي فَوَهَبْتُهَا لَهُ، وَقَدْ أَعْجَبَهَا أَنْ نُشْهِدَكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ: يَا بَشِيرُ، أَلَكَ وَلَدٌ سِوَى وَلَدِكَ هَذَا ؟ " قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: " فَلَا تُشْهِدْنِي، أَوْ قَالَ: لَا أَشْهَدُ عَلَى جَوْرٍ
