That he had a cluster of date palms in the orchard of a man from the Anṣār. He said: And the man's family was with him. Samurah b. Jundub would enter to his palms and cause him harm, and it was burdensome for him. So he asked him to sell it, but he refused. He asked him to exchange it, but he refused. So he came to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned that to him. The Prophet ﷺ asked him to sell it, but he refused. He asked him to exchange it, but he refused. He said: Then give it to me, and you will have such and such, a matter by which he encouraged him, but he refused. So he said: "You are a harmer." Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to the Anṣārī: "Go and uproot his palm tree."
