( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْمَأْرِبِيِّ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ أَبْيَضَ بْنِ حَمَّالٍ:

أَنَّهُ اسْتَقْطَعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ الْمِلْحَ الَّذِي بِمَأْرِبَ، فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يُقْطِعَهُ إِيَّاهُ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: إِنَّهُ كَالْمَاءِ الْعِدِّ، فَأَبَى أَنْ يُقْطِعَهُ
