( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ( ح ). وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو يَعْلَى، ثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، قَالَا: ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، قَالَ:
كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يُكْرِي مَزَارِعَهُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ وَعُثْمَانَ، وَصَدْرًا مِنْ إِمَارَةِ مُعَاوِيَةَ ؓ فَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ رَافِعًا يَزْعُمُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ، قَالَ نَافِعٌ: فَانْطَلَقَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِلَى رَافِعٍ، وَانْطَلَقْتُ مَعَهُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: مَا الَّذِي بَلَغَنِي عَنْكَ: تَذْكُرُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي كِرَاءِ الْمَزَارِعِ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْمَزَارِعِ. وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِذَا سُئِلَ عَنْهُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ قَالَ: زَعَمَ رَافِعٌ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْهُ، قَالَ نَافِعٌ: فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ لَمَّا ذَكَرَ رَافِعٌ مَا ذَكَرَ: قَدْ كُنْتُ أَعْلَمُ أَنَّا نُكْرِي مَزَارِعَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ بِمَا عَلَى الْأَرْبِعَاءِ وَشَيْءٍ مِنَ التِّبْنِ لَا أَحْفَظُهُ.
