( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا أَبُو حَامِدِ بْنُ بِلَالٍ الْبَزَّازُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مَسْلَمَةَ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ ثَقِيفَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ ؓ يُنَادِي:
أَخِّرُوا الْأَحْمَالَ؛ فَإِنَّ الْأَيْدِيَ مُعَلَّقَةٌ، وَالْأَرْجُلَ مُوَثَّقَةٌ.
