أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ إِمْلَاءً، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شَاذَانَ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، أَنْبَأَ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْمَنِيعِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى الْفَرْوِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَامَلَ أَهْلَ خَيْبَرَ بِشَطْرِ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْ زَرْعٍ أَوْ ثَمَرٍ، قَالَ: فَكَانَ يُعْطِي أَزْوَاجَهُ كُلَّ عَامٍ مِنْهُ مِائَةَ وَسْقٍ: ثَمَانِينَ وَسْقًا تَمْرًا، وَعِشْرِينَ وَسْقًا شَعِيرًا، فَلَمَّا كَانَ عُمَرُ ؓ قَسَمَ خَيْبَرَ، فَخَيَّرَ أَزْوَاجَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنْ يُقْطِعَ لَهُنَّ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ وَالْمَاءِ، أَوْ يَضْمَنَ لَهُنَّ الْوُسُوقَ كُلَّ عَامٍ، فَاخْتَلَفْنَ، فَمِنْهُنَّ مَنِ اخْتَارَ الْأَرْضَ وَالْمَاءَ، وَمِنْهُنَّ مَنِ اخْتَارَ الْوُسُوقَ، فَكَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ، وَحَفْصَةُ ؓ مِمَّنِ اخْتَارَتَا الْأَرْضَ وَالْمَاءَ
