وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرٍ: عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَالَ:
إِذَا صُرِفَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَعَرَفَ النَّاسُ حُدُودَهُمْ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ بَيْنَهُمْ
