وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ فِي آخَرِينَ، قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

" الشُّفْعَةُ فِيمَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ، فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ
