✧ The Sin of One Who Disputes or Assists in a Dispute Falsely

( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ غَزِيَّةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ رَاشِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
" مَنْ حَالَتْ شَفَاعَتُهُ دُونَ حَدٍّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اللهِ فَقَدْ ضَادَّ اللهَ فِي مُلْكِهِ، وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ فَلَيْسَ ثَمَّ دِينَارٌ وَلَا دِرْهَمٌ وَلَكِنَّهَا الْحَسَنَاتُ وَالسَّيِّئَاتُ، وَمَنْ خَاصَمَ فِي بَاطِلٍ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ لَمْ يَزَلْ فِي سَخَطِ اللهِ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - حَتَّى يَنْزِعَ، وَمَنْ قَالَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ مَا لَيْسَ فِيهِ حُبِسَ فِي رَدْغَةِ الْخَبَالِ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ مِمَّا قَالَ
