( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ دُونَ قَوْلِهِ: " وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ "
