أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ، ثَنَا مُعَاذٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَمَّادٍ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا:
فِي رَجُلٍ تَكَفَّلَ بِنَفْسِ رَجُلٍ، فَمَاتَ الرَّجُلُ، قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا: يَضْمَنُ الدَّرَاهِمَ، وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ
