( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ رُفَيْعٍ، قَالَ:

بِعْتُ سِلْعَةً مِنْ رَجُلٍ فَلَمَّا بِعْتُهُ إِيَّاهُ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّهُ مُفْلِسٌ، فَأَتَيْتُ بِهِ شُرَيْحًا، فَقُلْتُ: خُذْ لِي مِنْهُ كَفِيلًا، فَقَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: مَالُكَ حَيْثُ وَضَعْتَهُ، فَأَبَى أَنْ يَأْخُذَ لِي كَفِيلًا، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: فَإِنِّي شَرَطْتُ عَلَيْهِ فَإِنِ اتَّبَعَتْهَا نَفْسِي فَأَنَا أَحَقُّ بِهَا، فَقَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: قَدْ أَقْرَرْتَ بِالْبَيْعِ، فَبَيِّنَتُكَ عَلَى شَرْطِكَ
