( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَفْصِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ خَلْدَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ:

أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ يَكُونُ لَهُ الدَّيْنُ عَلَى رَجُلٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ، فَيَضَعُ عَنْهُ صَاحِبُهُ وَيُعَجِّلُ لَهُ الْآخَرُ، قَالَ: فَكَرِهَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ ذَلِكَ، وَنَهَى عَنْهُ
